Train Back Shoulders and Abs In 30 Minutes

Picture yourself walking around with some serious wide shoulders and lats that can make you fly from the west to the east in no time. When I starting bodybuilding at the age of 19 years old, i use to watch this guy in the grotty Algerian gym I started at by the name of Krimo.. Krimo had some thick slabs of meat on his lats and he loved bodybuilding he was a middle weight and build like a tank. I remember him telling me you have a great physique and you will always make it in this sport if you keep going.
Krimo loved doing T bar Rows and Pull Ups and I use to copy him a lot. But I never grew like he was because at the time i never understood the time it took to get that kind of lat development.
Fast forward 5 years later, my lats and back were my strongest point because i always remembered what he told me.
Training back is a love hate relationship because if you can’t see a body part you can’t focus properly when you contracting the muscle… But if you stick to basics you will always get your back to where you want it to be.
Today Im just sharing with you a great routine that I do in routine 30 minutes that can really improve your back and shoulders.
