Hello all, Mona Liza “MO” Reyes here, ready to get healthy? Here is the quick and dirty about me, I have been competing in Figure since 2003. In spring of 2006, O earned the overall state title of “Miss California” in the NPC sanctioned organization. Before competing, I was un-athletic & complacent, gaining weight from eating junk my then inactive lifestyle; I decided to slowly make positive changes.

When I am not training & dieting down for a competition, I am a distance runner, training for marathons. To date, I have completed 4 marathons (that’s 26.2 miles each folks!) In addition to investing in my own health, I am also a volunteer coach for Girls on the Run (www.girlsontherun.org) by training 8-11 year old girls to run a 5k race, while instilling positive self-image, not falling to the woes of peer pressure and educate them on better nutrition. In my professional career, I am Director of Franchise Development for Blendz (www.blendz.com) a healthier fast-food concept. When you choose to become healthier, it is TRULY a lifestyle change. Every aspect of my life includes health & fitness, whether I’m doing it for myself or to educate others. Becoming a part of the JamCore family allows me to do just that.
