I offer a wide range of services for everyone I work with. I specialize in one-on-one training with an emphasis on nutrition, supplementation, and all aspects of resistance, Core Functional and cardio vascular training using my JamCoretraining System .

My Base is a Private exclusive training Studio in Westlake Village North of Los Angeles.I'm also mobile, I work on location sets and home gyms.If you want to discuss travel with an extended stay, I'm open to the possibility especially in the middle East.
