Introducing Angela Tsiougos

Welcome to team JamCore Women Angela Tsiougos, while awaiting the launch of JamCore Women I couldn't help it but introduce the lady who will be in charge of JamCore Women in Australia. Angela Tsiougos from Sydney Australia is one of the best trainers out there as well as a successful competitive figure champion that knows so much about fitness and training. Here is the thunder from down under Nick Jones introducing her to you for the first time demonstrating to you her best leg movement which is the lunge. Angela was a great part in developing the JamCore DVD series with Nick and I when I was there in the summer. So look forward to see more of her here with the other JamCore girls.
