I have been going through a lot in the last 7 months, I haven’t been able to train or do anything and have lost a lot of weight. I’m stressed and depressed and all this is due to a lot of work and also try to help my wife raise my newborn baby girl Aya. Don’t get me wrong I’m not complaining here i love being a dad, but fathers reading this know what i mean when you have a new born everything turn south even when you think that you are ready.

So I was sitting with my wife and we both had this idea to show you how I get back in shape again and show you the whole process here.

Train Back Shoulders and Abs In 30 Minutes

Picture yourself walking around with some serious wide shoulders and lats that can make you fly from the west to the east in no time. When I starting bodybuilding at the age of 19 years old, i use to watch this guy in the grotty Algerian gym I started at by the name of Krimo.. Krimo had some thick slabs of meat on his lats and he loved bodybuilding he was a middle weight and build like a tank. I remember him telling me you have a great physique and you will always make it in this sport if you keep going.

Krimo loved doing T bar Rows and Pull Ups and I use to copy him a lot. But I never grew like he was because at the time i never understood the time it took to get that kind of lat development.

Fast forward 5 years later, my lats and back were my strongest point because i always remembered what he told me.

Training back is a love hate relationship because if you can’t see a body part you can’t focus properly when you contracting the muscle… But if you stick to basics you will always get your back to where you want it to be.

Today Im just sharing with you a great routine that I do in routine 30 minutes that can really improve your back and shoulders.

Hi Guys

The Maximum Results Leg Workout Legs have always been everyone hated body part to train, because of the pain involved.

So I’m so sorry to say that Chicken legs syndrome is increasing every day in the gyms.The maximum results leg workout is a workout that you can really do in 30 minutes with great results and this is why I called it the maximum results leg workout. You see I have always loved doing legs, i will miss any weekly workout but leg day was a special day. You might call me crazy, but i use to be like many guys out there… I hated legs when I was 21 years old. But I knew that if I wanted to make it in the Pro scene I had to kill my legs to bring them to a competitive level.

God know how much I sweated under that heavy loaded bar in the squat rack, and how much I pressed on the leg press. This was when I was competing, but nowadays i train smart and different because i know i have to stay injury free to be able to train properly. So there is no point for me to squat or leg press heavy like I use to because, I’m not competing or trying to prove something. So putting together routines like the one I’m showing here on this video was a great discovery.

Leg Extension : 4 sets x 15 – failure

Seated leg Curl :4 sets x 15 – failure

Adductors Machine: 4 sets x 15 – failure

Abductors Machine : 4 sets x 15 – failure

Leg Press : 4 sets x 15 – failure

Walking lunges : 4 sets x 15- 20 walks

Still Leg Dead lift : 4 sets x 15 – failure

Step Ups : 4 sets x 12 – 15 reps each side

Seated Calve Raise : 4 sets x 15 – failure
